وفاقی بجٹ 27-2026 اور سرکاری ملازمین کی تنقید، بجٹ کو غیر منصفانہ قرار دے دیا

پاکستان کا وفاقی بجٹ27-2026، 5 جون کو قومی اسمبلی میں پیش کیا جائے گا۔ اس بجٹ میں وفاقی سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں 7 سے 10% اضافہ تجویز کیا گیا ہےاور معمولی ٹیکس چھوٹ کی تجویز بھی دی ہے، جسے ملازمین کی تنظیم آل گوورنمنٹ ایمپلائیزگرینڈ الائنس (اگیگا) نے رد کر تے ہوئے شدید تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا اور موجودہ سخت معاشی حالات کے پیش نظر درج ذیل مطالبات پیش کیے ہیں۔ 1.تنخواہ اور پینشن میں اضافہ موجودہ مہنگھائی کے دور میں ملازمین کی کمزروPurchasing Power کو سہارا دینے کے لیے گراس سیلری میں 100%اضافہ کیا جائے۔
- کم سے کم تنخواہ اور پینشن کم از کم تنخواہ 50,000 اور ریٹائرڈ ملازمین کی کم سے کم پینشن بھی 50,000 مقرر کی جائے۔
- ڈسپیرٹی ریڈکشن الاؤنس وفاقی ملازمین نے ڈسپیرٹی الاؤنس کم از کم 30%مقرر کرنے کا مطالبہ بھی کیا ہے۔ اگیگا کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر مندرجہ بالا جائز مطالبات پر عمل نہ کیا گیا تو پارلیمنٹ کے سامنے دھرنا اور ملک گیر احتجاج کیا جائے گا۔
Pakistan's federal budget for 2026-27 will be presented in the National Assembly on June 5. This budget proposes a 7 to 10% increase in the salaries of federal government employees and also suggests minor tax exemptions, which have been rejected and heavily criticized by the employees' organization All Government Employees Grand Alliance (AGIGA). Considering the current severe economic conditions, they have put forward the following demands:

Increase in salary and pension: To support employees' weak purchasing power during the current inflationary period, the gross salary should be increased by 100%.

Minimum salary and pension: The minimum salary should be set at 50,000, and the minimum pension for retired employees should also be set at 50,000.

Disparity allowance: Federal employees have demanded that the disparity allowance should be set at a minimum of 30%.
AGIGA stated that if these legitimate demands are not met, sit-ins in front of Parliament and nationwide protests will be organized.
