سپریم کورٹ میں بانی کوان کی مرضی کے ہسپتال میں منتقلی کی پی ٹی آئی کی درخواست اعتراض کے ساتھ واپس۔

آج پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل سردار لطیف کھوسہ اورنعیم پنجھوتہ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کے سامنے پیش ہوئے اور پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے دائر کی گئی درخواست کی سماعت کے شیڈول کی استدعا کی۔ جس پر چیف جسٹس یحیٰ آفریدی نے کہا کہ وہ درخواست اعتراضات کے ساتھ واپس بھیج دی گئی تھی۔ مزید کہا کہ آپ کی درخواستیں اگلے احکامات تک زیرالتوا رہیں گیں۔کھوسہ نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کو آگاہ کیا کہ پی ٹی آئی کے وکلاء نے جلد سماعت کی درخواست کی تھی اور یہ بھی کہا کہ عدالت نے سابق وزیراعظم کے علاج کا حکم دیا تھا۔ جس چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ عدالت نے سابق وزیراعظم کے علاج کے بارے میں کوئی حکم نہیں دیا ان کے علاج کا وعدہ حکومت نے کیا تھا۔ کھوسہ نے کہا بانی پی ٹی آئی کے الشفا ہسپتال ٹرانسفر کی درخواست سیاسی بنیادوں پر نہیں بلکہ انسانی ہمدردی کی بنیاد پرکی گئی تھی۔ جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ ان کا علاج انسانی ہمدردی پر ہی کیا جا رہا ہے۔ کھوسہ نے اصرار کیا کہ براہ مہربانی میری بات سمجھنے کی کوشش کریں۔ جس پرجسٹس شاہد بلال نے کہا کہ کھوسہ صاحب آپ ایک سینئر وکیل ہیں اور میں آپ کو 1992 سے جانتا ہوں۔ میں سب سمجھتا ہوں جو آپ کہہ رہے ہیں۔چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ کھوسہ صاحب آپکوعدالت کا فیصلہ دوبارہ پڑھنا چاہیے اس میں بانی کی صحت کا مسئلہ زیرالتوا نہیں ہے۔ چیف جسٹس نے مزید کہ کہ جب تک اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کوئی فیصلہ جاری نہیں کرتی سپریم کورٹ مداخلت نہیں کرے گی۔ دوسری طرف پمز ہسپتال کے ڈاکٹروں نے کہا ہے کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کو 24 فروری کو ہسپتال میں لایا گیا تھا۔
Today, PTI's lawyers Sardar Latif Khosa and Naeem Panjota appeared before the Chief Justice of Pakistan and requested the scheduling of the hearing for the application filed by PTI. In response, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi said that the application had been sent back with objections. He further stated that your applications will remain pending until further orders. Khosa informed the Chief Justice of Pakistan that PTI's lawyers had requested an early hearing and also mentioned that the court had ordered treatment for the former Prime Minister. The Chief Justice said that the court did not issue any order regarding the treatment of the former Prime Minister; the government had promised their treatment. Khosa said that the request to transfer PTI's founder to Al-Shifa Hospital was made not on political grounds but out of human compassion. The Chief Justice responded that their treatment is being done solely out of human compassion. Khosa insisted, 'Please try to understand my point.' Justice Shahid Bilal then said, 'Mr. Khosa, you are a senior lawyer, and I have known you since 1992. I understand everything you are saying.'The Chief Justice said that Mr. Khosa, you should read the court's decision again; it does not involve the issue of the founder's health. The Chief Justice further stated that the Supreme Court will not intervene until the Islamabad High Court issues any decision. On the other hand, doctors at PIMS Hospital said that the founder of PTI was brought to the hospital on February 24.
