انصاف کا بول بالا ہوا، اسلام آباد ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن کورٹ نے جعلی توشہ خانہ کیس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی اور ان کی اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کی ضمانت منظور کر لی اور تحریری فیصلہ جاری کر دیا ہے
Justice has been upheld, the Islamabad District and Sessions Court has granted bail to the PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in the fake Toshakhana case and has issued a written verdict
اسلام آباد ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن کورٹ نے جعلی رسیدوں والے توشہ خانہ کیس میں بانی پی ٹی آئی اور بشریٰ بی بی کی ضمانت منظور کر لی ہے اور تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کر دیا ہے۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ پراسیکیوشن بانئ پی ٹی آئی اور بشریٰ بی بی کے خلاف کوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کر سکی، جس سے ثابت ہو کہ انہوں نے بغاوت پر اکسایا ہو۔تحریری فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پراسکیوشن کوئی ثبوت پیش نہ کر سکی جس سے ثابت ہو کہ احتجاج بانئ پی ٹی آئی کی ایما پر ہوئے، احتجاج کے مقدمات میں ان کی جائے وقوع پر موجودگی ثابت نہیں ہوتی، 9 مئی کے احتجاج، اقدامِ قتل کے مقدمات میں بھی پراسیکیوشن کوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کر سکی۔
Islamabad District and Sessions Court has approved the bail of the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana case involving fake receipts and has issued a written order. The court stated that the prosecution could not present any evidence against the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi to prove that they incited rebellion. The written decision stated that the prosecution could not present any evidence proving that the protests occurred at the behest of the founder of PTI, their presence at the scene of the protests is not proven in the protest cases, and in the May 9 protests and attempted murder cases, the prosecution could not present any evidence either.
