تفصیلات کے مطابق وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف نے پنجاب کے بے زمین کاشتکاروں کے لیے اپنا کھیت، اپنا روزگار سکیم کا افتتاع کر دیا ہے۔ اس سکیم کے تحت درخواست دہندگان کو کمپیٹرائزڈ قرعہ اندازی کے ذریعے زیادہ سے زیادہ 5 ایکڑ زرعی زمین الاٹ کی جائے گی۔ شرائط درج ذیل ہیں۔۔ 1- امیدوار کا مستقل پنجاب کا رہائشی ہونا ضروری ہے 2- امیدوار کا بے زمین ہونا یا زیادہ سے زیادہ 10 مرلے رہائشی پلاٹ کا مالک ہونا 3- پہلے سے کسی سرکاری الاٹمنٹ کا مفید کار نہ ہونا 4- ایک خاندان صرف ایک الاٹمنٹ کا اہل ہو گا 5- لیز کا دورانیہ 10 سال ہو گا 6- زمین کا کرایہ 100 روپے فی ایکڑ فی سال ہو گا 7- زمین کا استعمال صرف اور صرف زرعی ہو گا 8- کامیاب امیدواروں کو آبادکاری کے لیے فی ایکڑ 50 ہزار سے 2.5 لاکھ ون ٹائم گرانٹ دی جائے گی۔
قوائد و ضوابط:
اسسٹنٹ کمشنر کی سربراہی میں قائم کمیٹی ہر 6 ماہ بعد زمین کا معائنہ کرے گی لیزدار 6 ماہ تک کرایہ ادا نہیں کرتا یا تین سال تک کاشت شروع نہ کی تو لیز منسوخ ہو سکتی ہے لیز ختم ہونے پر زمین حکومت کو واپس کرنا ہو گی۔

According to details, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has inaugurated the 'Apna Khet, Apna Rozgar' scheme for landless farmers in Punjab. Under this scheme, applicants will be allocated up to 5 acres of agricultural land through computerized lottery. The conditions are as follows: 1- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab. 2- The applicant must be landless or own a residential plot of a maximum of 10 marlas. 3- The applicant must not be currently benefiting from any government allotment. 4- Only one allotment will be eligible per family. 5- The lease duration will be 10 years. 6- The rent for the land will be 100 rupees per acre per year. 7- The land must be used exclusively for agricultural purposes. 8- Successful applicants will be given a one-time grant ranging from 50,000 to 250,000 rupees per acre for cultivation purposes.
Rules and Regulations:
A committee formed under the leadership of the Assistant Commissioner will inspect the land every 6 months. If the lessee does not pay the rent for 6 months or does not start cultivation for up to three years, the lease may be canceled. Upon termination of the lease, the land must be returned to the government.
