مزاکرات کا دوسرا مرحلہ، ایران کا انکار
The second phase of negotiations, Iran's refusal
امریکہ جسے امن مزاکرات کہتا ہے اس کی دو شرطیں یہ ہیں کہ ایران اپنا جوہری پروگرام ختم کرے اور جو یورینیم افزودہ ہو چکی ہے وہ امریکہ کے حوالے کرے۔ دوسری شرط یہ ہے کہ ایران اپنا میزائل پروگرام مکمل طور پر ختم کرے۔ پہلی بات یہ ہے کہ یہ شرائط امن قائم کرنے کی نہیں ہیں بلکہ جنگ بڑہانے کی ہیں۔ دوسری بات یہ ہے کہ ایران نے دفاعی جنگ لڑی ہے امریکہ پر حملہ نہیں کیا۔ اب اگر ایران جوہری توانائی اور میزائل پروگرام (جو کہ ایران کا جائز حق ہے) ختم کرتا ہے تو دفاع کے لیے اس کے پاس کیا بچتا ہے؟ ایران تو انڈیا سے لڑنے کے قابل بھی نہیں رہے گا۔ دراصل امریکہ ایران کو یواے ای اور قطر سمجھے بیٹھا ہے کہ امریکہ ایران میں فوجی بیس قائم کرے گا اور اس کا دفاع کرے گا (جس طرح حال ہی میں عرب ملکوں میں کیا گیا ہے)۔ یعنی ایران اپنے دفاع کے لیے امریکہ سے بھیک مانگے گا۔ ٹرمپ کو سمجھنا چاہیئے کہ ایران ایک تو اللّٰہ کے فضل سے مسلمان ملک ہے جن کو خدا جھکنے کا حکم نہیں دیتا دوسرا ایرانی قوم کا ایک شاندار ماضی ہے اور امریکہ نے ابھی کل انگریزوں سے آزادی حاصل کی ہے۔ اب ایران کو چاہیئے کہ وہ پاکستان کے ذریعے ٹرمپ کو پیغام پہنچائے کہ ایران نہ تو جوہری توانائی کے حق سے پیچھے ہٹے گا اور نہ ہی اپنا میزائل پروگرام ختم کرے گا اور نہ ہی کسی امریکی بیس سے دفاعی خدمات حاصل کرنے کی تمنا رکھتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اگر کچھ بات چیت کے ذریعے طے کرنا ہے تو ایران اپنے قومی مفاد کے تحت طے کرنے کے لیے تیار ہے اور یہ بھی مزاکرات ہیں جن کا کامیاب ہونا کوئی شرط نہیں ہوتی۔ اب سمیت پاکستان اگر مسلم دنیا ایران کی واقعی کوئی مدد کرنے میں سنجیدہ ہے تو جس طرح امریکہ اسرائیل گٹھ جوڑ کر لیتے ہیں تم بھی کرو خاص طور سے عراق، شام، مصر، لبنان اور دوسرے خلیجی ممالک کیوں کہ اسرائیلی انہی زمینوں پر گریٹر اسرائیل کا کوئی بائبل سے حوالہ دیتے ہیں یہ الگ بات ہے کہ قرآن مجید کے نازل ہونے سے بائبل کی شریعت ختم ہو چکی ہے اور نہ ہی وہ اپنی اصل حالت میں موجود ہے۔
What America calls peace negotiations involves two conditions: Iran must end its nuclear program and hand over the enriched uranium to the United States. The second condition is that Iran completely dismantles its missile program. The first thing is that these conditions are not meant to establish peace but to escalate the war. The second thing is that Iran has fought a defensive war and has not attacked the United States. Now if Iran ends its nuclear energy and missile program (which is Iran's legitimate right), what would be remain for its defense? Iran will not even be able to fight agaisnt India. In fact, the United States considers Iran as if it were the UAE and Qatar, thinking that the US will establish a military base in Iran and defend it (just as it has recently done in Arab countries). This means Iran would have to beg America for its defense. Trump should understand that Iran is, by the grace of Allah, a Muslim country whose people are not commanded by God to bow down, and secondly, the Iranian nation has a glorious past and the United States has just gained independence from the British yesterday. Now Iran should, through Pakistan, send a message to Trump that Iran will neither step back from its right to nuclear energy nor end its missile program, nor does it desire to obtain defensive services from any American base. Apart from that, if something is to be settled through dialogue, Iran is ready to resolve it in accordance with its national interest, and these are negotiations that are not necessarily bound to succeed. Now including Pakistan, if the Muslim world is really serious about helping Iran, then just as America and Israel form an alliance, you should do the same. Especially Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, and other Gulf countries, because Israelis cite some reference from the Bible about Greater Israel on these very lands. It is a separate matter that with the revelation of the Holy Quran, the Law of the Bible has ended, and it is not present in its original state.
