What progress has been made in the preliminary peace agreement between Iran and the United States?

Due to the efforts of brotherly Islamic countries, significant progress has been made in the Iran-US peace agreement, and this progress has been confirmed by both parties. The points on which agreement has been reached are as follows:

1. Both parties will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will maintain a ceasefire for 60 days and can be extended by mutual consent.
2. During this 60-day period, Iran will open the Strait of Hormuz, remove the laid mines, and allow traffic to pass without any taxes or charges.
3. In return, the US will lift the blockade on Iranian ports and ease sanctions on Iranian oil so that Iran can sell its oil without any obstacles. US officials say this will boost Iran's economy but will also provide relief to the global oil market. However, until a final agreement is reached, the US Navy will remain in the Indian Ocean.
4. The US will possibly release Iran's frozen assets of 25 billion dollars.
5. The ongoing war between Hezbollah and Israel will be ended.
6. Discussions about Iran's nuclear program and enriched uranium will take place in the next session.
