ایران امریکہ مزاکرات کا دوسرا راؤنڈ کب اور کہاں ہو گا؟
When and where will the second round of Iran-US negotiations take place?
لبنان میں سیز فائر ہو چکا ہے لہٰذہ ایران نے آبنائے ہرمز کھول دی ہے۔ ایران امریکہ مزاکرات کا دوسرا دور کب اور کہاں ہو گا اس کا اعلان ابھی تک نہیں ہوا۔ تاہم فیلڈ مارشل عاصم منیر ابھی تک ایران میں ہی ہیں جس سے یہ اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ مزاکرات کا دوسرا دور پاکستان میں ہی ہو گا اس کی مزید تائید ٹرمپ کے بیانات سے بھی ہوتی ہے۔ لیکن تاریخ کا پتہ نہیں چل رہا۔ ٹرمپ کے بیانات سے یہ بھی ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ اس دفعہ ڈیل ضرور ہو جائے گی اور فیلڈ مارشل کی بھی یہی خواہش ہے۔ رکاوٹ نیوکلیئر ہتھیاروں کی ہی ہے جن سے انکار ایران برسوں سے کر رہا ہے۔ تاہم امریکہ ایٹمی توانائی کے سول استعمال کے بھی خلاف ہے۔ امریکہ کے رویے اور اسرائیل کی غزہ لبنان اور ایران پر اندھا دھند بمباری یہ ثابت کرتی ہے کہ اکیسویں صدی میں بھی عالمی انصاف، قانون ، انسانی حقوق اور حدودوقیود کی کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔ اقوام متحدہ ریڈ کراس اور اس طرح کی دوسری عالمی تنظیمیں مزمتی بیانات دینے سے بڑھ کر کچھ نہیں۔ جو طاقور ہے وہ آج بھی کچھ بھی کر سکتا ہے اور کمزور کو بچانے والا کوئی نہیں۔ خاص طور پر جب تک امریکہ کی غنڈہ گردی کو لگام نہیں دی جاتی۔ یہ کیسا انصاف ہے کہ اپنے پاس ہزاروں کی تعداد میں ایٹمی ہتھیار رکھنا اور دوسروں کو ایک بھی نہ بنانے دینا۔ انصاف تو یہ ہے کہ یا تو ساری دنیا سے جوہری ہتھیار ختم کر دیے جایئں یا جو بنا سکتا ہے وہ بھی بنائے۔ بھارت اور اسرائیل دو ایسے ملک ہیں جنہوں نے دوسروں کی زمین پر قبضہ کر رکھا ہے اور ان کے مظالم سے ان کی عبادت گاہیں بھی محفوظ نہیں۔ مگر ایٹمی ہتھیار دونوں کے پاس ہیں۔ یعنی جو جتنا بڑا دہشت گرد ہے وہ اتنا ہی قابل احترام ہے۔ ایران امریکہ کے درمیان ڈیل تو شاید کسی نہ کسی طرح ہو ہی جائے لیکن سکول کی معصوم بچیوں سے زندگی چھیننا دلخراش جرم ہے۔
A ceasefire has been established in Lebanon, therefore Iran has reopened the Strait of Hormuz. The announcement of when and where the second round of Iran-US negotiations will take place has not been made yet. However, Field Marshal Asim Munir is still in Iran, which suggests that the second round of negotiations will also take place in Pakistan, further supported by Trump’s statements. But the date is unknown. Trump’s statements also indicate that this time a deal will definitely be made, and the Field Marshal also desires the same. The obstacle remains nuclear weapons, which Iran has denied for years. But the US is also against the civilian use of nuclear energy. The US's behavior and Israel's indiscriminate bombing of Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran prove that even in the twenty-first century, global justice, law, human rights, and restrictions have no significance. The United Nations, the Red Cross, and other such global organizations are nothing more than issuing condemnatory statements. The one in power can still do anything today, and there is no one to protect the weak. Especially as long as America’s bullying is not restrained. What kind of justice is it to have thousands of nuclear weapons for oneself and not allow others to build even one? Justice would be if either nuclear weapons were eliminated worldwide or if anyone who can make them is also allowed to do so. India and Israel are two countries that have occupied others' lands, and even their places of worship are not safe from their atrocities. Yet both possess nuclear weapons. This means that the bigger a terrorist is, the more respectable he is. A deal between Iran and the United States might happen in some way, but taking the lives of innocent school girls is a heartbreaking crime.
